Joseph M. Claro focuses his practice on real estate litigation. He has successfully represented clients in all matters of litigation including breach of contract actions, corporate governance disputes, landlord-tenant litigation, and regulatory investigations by the New York State Attorney General’s Office. Joseph founded Claro PLLC after over a decade of practice with real estate litigation firms in New York.
Joseph is a current board member of the Hispanic National Bar Association, and a former board member of the LGBT Bar Association of New York (LeGaL).
